Finance Admin Assistant

As the leading medical recruitment agency in South Africa, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Admin Assistant based in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa.  The Finance Admin Assistant is to deliver expert recording of financial transactions, including purchases, in an organized and systematic manner for a rehabilitation center. 


Responsibilities:

  • Record day to day financial transaction (purchases)

  • Record Petty cash on a weekly basis.

  • Reconcile bank statements.

  • General Admin


Requirements:

  • Matric

  • Min 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role

  • Quickbooks Online (1 year experience) or Pastel Sage A MUST - not negotiable

  • Strong communication skills

  • Hard working individual

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles

  • Willing to adapt to our business culture.

  • Attention to detail

  • Own vehicle


Working hours: Option of 3 days per week or 5 days per week (08h00 - 17h00)

Salary is market related based on number of days worked


Location: Plettenberg Bay, Garden Route, Western Province
