The Opportunity

Join our client as an Occupational Therapist and take on an exciting, diverse role that blends clinical expertise with leadership opportunities. You will provide high-quality, family-centered therapy, working with clients to address their developmental and learning needs. This role offers a unique chance to not only deliver therapy but also contribute to the growth of the Occupational Therapy department, assist in recruiting new staff, and help mentor junior therapists. It’s a role where you can make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives while furthering your own professional growth.


Their Specialities

People With Disabilities (NDIS Participants): Skilled in assisting with assistive technology, home modifications, and capacity building to support NDIS plan.

 Aged Care: Help seniors maintain independence by providing tailored therapies that focus on home safety, fall prevention, and daily living skills.

 Paediatric Occupational Therapy: Helping children with developmental challenges, sensory processing issues, and other paediatric conditions.

Comprehensive Care: From home modifications to chronic pain management, stroke rehabilitation, and dementia care, equipped to handle a wide range of needs.


What will I need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.

  • AHPRA registration or eligibility to register.

  • Current driver’s license.

  • Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Occupational Therapy, with skills in fine motor development, sensory processing, and visual perception.

  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and provide client-centered care.
